I have never taken Spanish in school. I work in health care and really want to be able to communicate with my Spanish patients. I am only through lesson 4 and I feel like it is very easy and that I am making good progress. [...] I could see how the slow pace would frustrate those of you that have had spanish in high school or college, but for someone who has never had that background...
I find the pace perfect. I have done each lesson twice, just to make sure I have it before moving on. I think that has helped me not become too frustrated. I really like the graduated recall. Because it keeps you from just stashing the info in your short term and moving on. You have to keep going back and grabbing the word. The speakers diction is great and easy to understand.
